
Note: Pictures that require major restoration, additional fees will apply subject to your approval.
Try not to send blurry pictures, since there is no software that can correct this to a satisfactory level. The phrase "what you see is what you get" applies here. Do not send newspaper clipping or photocopies because they do not scan well.
For your main image choose a well cropped (close up rather then distance) as your central image. It is best to send photos that show the persons features clearly, and that there is no missing parts such as, part of an arm, head or sides. If this is all you have, the best possible effort will be made to recreate the missing parts, but remember the original parts are always better then the recreated ones.
Add a small note to any photo that requires changes that you may wish.
Mailing your pictures:
You can also send us your photos by mail or bring them in person. Note for mailing ensure that your pictures are between two pieces of cardboard, and mark on outside of envelope "DO NOT BEND PICTURES".
What happens next?
Once the collage is completed you will have the opportunity to view the proof online or in person for final approval. After final approval has been given the completed collage will be ready for pick up or shipped to your address it's your choice.
Complete processing time normally takes one to two weeks.
